I would like to recall the following details related to a recent purchase: I bought a HAVELLS P/COOLER 35L BREEZO-I 35 WHT BRN on May 12, 2024, from Chroma Uttam Nagar, New Delhi. After I filled the water tank to its full capacity, one of the wheels became bent. I lodged a complaint about the wheel, but no technician visited to address the issue. After a few days, the cooler suddenly stopped working. I contacted customer care again, and a technician finally visited. Although the cooler started working afterward, the wheels were not replaced since the technician brought the wrong model. The following day, the cooler stopped working again, leading me to believe that the cooler is defective and should be replaced. Unfortunately, both Chroma and Havells are refusing to replace it, which is very disappointing. If the product is defective, it should be replaced without delay. Why should I have to endure this inconvenience? This indicates that Chroma and Havells do not value their customers’ time and money. Currently, the summer days in Delhi are unbearable, with an average temperature of 48°C. Over the past few months, this cooler has caused me significant inconvenience. Please replace this cooler as soon as possible, as it is affecting my health and causing difficulties in my work due to lack of sleep. Thank you.
