TVS iqube was bought in November 2023. KL 58 AJ 3395 This is my vehicle no. Now 2 services are over. It had a shockupser problem right from the first service. They said clear. But it was not resolved. A second service was then held. But again they did not solve this problem. I took it in for service last 3 days and they said the shockupser was replaced under warranty. Still the problem did not change. The lack of kilometers was also pointed out. The vehicle has been stopped twice on the way due to the mileage shortfall. This issue was also not cleared. Due to this complaint I have been to their Kannur Prince showroom (last service advisor Sarath) a total of 4 times. If the bad service continues like this, a written complaint will be filed. AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS VEHICLE TO OTHERS. Now a friend of mine is looking to buy this vehicle. I will tell them not to buy this vehicle due to bad service. If this continues, a complaint will be filed in the consumer court. Please register my complaint. Provide excellent service and resolve these issues.
