I have purchased Hero Pleasure Plus Xtec on 4th November,2024. My registered mobile no. in the name of Puran Chandra Kandpal.
During the first service,two of its spare parts ware damaged by the mechanic, First parts engine oil plate second is fan exhaust cover.This work was done at Julka Auto Agency, Naveen Park,Sahibabad,Ghaziabad.
Despite my repeated requests this agency is not doing any work. So I request you to take cognizance of my problem and solve it as soon as possible.
