DigiSaath is a joint initiative of the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI), a consortium of Payment System Operators, and Participants (banks & non-banks). It provides information and assistance on India’s digital payment products and financial services. DigiSaath also has integrated helpline numbers to register a financial complaint and chatbots for financial and digital literacy.

Citizens can get information on digital payment modes, such as UPI, IMPS, NEFT, RTGS, Cards, ATM, AePS, Fastag, PPI wallets, etc. You can also lodge complaints to banks and institutions through available helplines. DigiSaath supports multiple languages, such as Hindi, English, Telugu, Marathi, Kannada, Tamil, Bengali, Gujarati, Malayalam, Punjabi, Odia, and Assamese.

Participants of the Working Committee for DigiSaathi are NPCI, State Bank of India (SBI), Bank of Baroda (BOB), Axis Bank, ICICI Bank, Visa, MasterCard, Google Pay (GPay), Amazon Pay, Bill Desk, MSwipe Technologies, Indian Banks’ Association, and Payments Council of India (PCI).

Citizens can call the toll-free DigiSaathi helpline number, WhatsApp, or communicate with other channels to get financial help from experts. Also, register complaints about payment aggregators, financial institutions, and listed banks in your regional language.

The fast and simple way is to communicate with the DigiSaathi Chatbot to access information about financial/digital payment services and banks. Also, lodge your complaints related to banks, loan/payment aggregators, and institutions.

Note: If you have any complaint related to financial fraud, cyber scams, or other online crimes, file an online complaint to the National Cybercrime Reporting Portal (Cyber Police).
