I am writing to formally register a complaint regarding the undelivered RTO parcel associated with AWB No: 234094137665964. The parcel, originating from my Meesho supply store (Subham Sales Corporation), was intended for delivery to Jagatsinghpur but has, regrettably, not been delivered to date.
I have been in contact with your Jagatsinghpur hub multiple times—at least four times, as they had reached out to me to discuss delivery details. Despite these interactions, no action has been taken to ensure the parcel reaches its destination, and I am growing increasingly concerned that the item may have been purposefully mishandled or damaged. This behavior is unacceptable and directly impacts my business operations and customer trust.
Given the urgency of the situation, I request an immediate investigation into this matter. I expect prompt action from your team to locate and deliver my parcel without further delay or, if irretrievably damaged, to provide compensation according to your policy.
Please acknowledge receipt of this complaint and confirm the steps being taken to resolve it. I look forward to your swift response.
