I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided for the past two courier shipments. Unfortunately, both experiences have been frustrating and far below expectations.
Issues Faced
Previous Shipment:
The courier was marked undeliverable with the reason that the address could not be tracked.
Despite this, no attempt was made to contact me for clarification.
When I reached out to your customer care team, I was assured that the package would be delivered the next day. However, instead of delivering, the shipment was returned without further communication.
Current Shipment:
“The courier has been delayed again, and I am yet to receive an update on its status.”]
Expected Resolution
Timely delivery of my current shipment without further delays.
Proper adherence to delivery protocols, including contacting the recipient if there is an issue with the address.
Improvements in your customer support team’s communication and follow-up process.
I request your immediate attention to resolve these issues and prevent such incidents from recurring in the future. Please ensure that my current shipment is delivered without further delays.
