To Customer Services Airtel,
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the quality of your Wi-Fi services and the handling of my recent complaint. As a loyal customer for approximately 15 years, I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I have received.
Since June, I have been attempting to address a significant issue with my Wi-Fi connection. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this matter, my complaint was closed by your team without any resolution. I continued to pay for the service for the past three months, even though it was not operational during this period.
Today, when I requested the disconnection of my services due to the continued non-functionality, I was informed by your customer care representative that I must wait until the end of the billing cycle on the 25th. This is unacceptable, as I should not be charged for a service that I am not receiving.
If my Wi-Fi connection is not disconnected within the next 24 hours, I will have no choice but to escalate this issue to consumer court, as it appears that I am being unfairly exploited as a customer.
I request immediate action to disconnect my services and a prompt resolution to this issue.
