With reference to above we regret to inform you that I have not yet received the Refund of the money regarding cancellation of flight flight IX-1797 from Thiruvananthapuram (TRV) to Bengaluru (BLR) on 06 Jul ’24 is canceled due to operational reasons.
IX-1229 from to Bengaluru (BLR) to Mumbai (BOM) on 07 Jul ’24 is canceled due to operational reasons.
Requested to please refund the amount on an urgent basis. The same was intimated to Trivandrum airport customer care department.
