I placed an Order at Zomato at 9:42pm on 15th April 2024 from Empire Restaurant , Koromangla, Bangalore.
The order number is: 5742620434. The distance between my home and Empire Restaurant is hardly 2.5kms which is around 10mins ride by scoot. I waited till 10:35pm but no delivery was made. I called up the restaurant and they told me that the delivery guy had already pick up the order at 10:30pm. I tried contacting the Delivery guy from Zomato Apps multiple times but no answer. I contacted the Zomato Customer care and they too could not help. I trace the location of the delivery guy whose name is Priyanka Nayak and he was in one location motionless for the past 1 hr.
This is really a frustrating situation. All family members are eagerly waiting and all of us are extremely hungry.
I was wondering how can Zomato provide such a pathetic service? Should not Zomato be responsible for recruiting such an irresponsible delivery partner?
Customer should not be treated this way.
