I used Ola parcel today for the first time, the series of bad experience starts from when i was not able to find the drop location, locator in the application is useless, somehow i convinced partner to deliver it the location which was not picked by app. He was not getting any option to end the tracking after he delivered. I tried contacting ola to manual get the address updated there was no editable option, no customer support numbers were active no chat option on app to help out.
Partner gone out all his way to that entered address to complete the tracking since he was also not getting any option to change or was not able to reach out to anyone from OLA. After this god knows why OLA itself raise a complaint against that poor fellow and deducted more of 50% amount of total fee from him. That poor fellow called me crying that ” i did everything you asked me to do, still you lodged a complaint against me”. I had to apologies and pay him on OLA’s behalf for their stupid app and no customer help! Bad experience do not recommend this app to anyone.
