I cancelled the order of a food i recently ordered and abided by the 60 second window of zomato policy. Im not receiving the refund? because of wastage of food. But how is it wastage of food when i cancelled it in 30 seconds. I tried calling the customer support and they were saying theres a wastage of food thats why its unable to be refunded?? Does this look like a joke? Atleast then give my food which i cancelled or my money back. Take the inconvenience fee, but charging the whole cost of the food is atrocious
