DEAR SIR/MADAM,
It is to bring to your notice with grave concern that as a responsible tax payer and a citizen of his country we staying at Village Santipur under in Shibmandir area of Atarakhai Panchayat (PS Matigara) lack the basic drainage and sewage system and complete lack of waste disposal mechanism. The current arrangements are all self help measures taken by local residents as per their individual capacity. No efforts or funds have ever been directed by the Panchayat here to address this basic requirement of a residential area. The same may give rise to health problems and other issues of concern in near future if left unaddressed at a community level by the local administration through a properly planned project at Panchayat level.
The road construction made in haste during the recent elections have further choked the limited drainage available along only one side of the road leaving it non functional and blocked completely.
May i request your kind attention and indulgence in this regard to resolve the matter of basic hygiene, drainage and waste disposal system being faced on a daily basis by the people of this locality on priority please,
