Abusive driver

My husband booked a cab , I was with two small kids ,the driver told me to cancel with ola and asked me to pay cash ,when I refused he didn’t put on the AC and in this heat of 45 degree when I objected him that he can’t do this he said if you want AC then give extra 100 rs , he blackmailed me and dropped me back frm the place he took me
This is seriously not happning with such people how can anyone travel safe with kids ?
