The AC is installed by the Chroma Team. The product is damaged during the installation procedure. Despite that, it is installed without informing the customer. After a year, when the AC stopped cooling, the insurance team rejected the claim since it was pre-damaged they said. We as a customer were not aware of such a damaged bracket assembly until it was open during analysis. Now the question is neither the insurance company nor the chroma store taking the responsibility of this damaged installation. The issue has been pending for the last 1 month.
