This happened when me and my mother were travelling from asansol to howrah station. Few women got up on the agnibina express and one of those women started arguing with my mom regardless the seat and she was being very rude. When I intervened she became very violent and started harassing us and was being extremely hostile. This incident should definitely be taken into account since she mentioned that they are active railway staff. Mentioning again, it happened on 11th February 2025 around 8:16 am on the agnibeena express on its way to howrah railway station from asansol.
