Assistance Required with TATA Nexon IRA App Connectivity Issue

I am writing to seek your assistance regarding an issue I am facing with the TATA Nexon IRA app.

For the past months, I have been experiencing difficulties connecting the car with GPS through the app. Despite visiting the Vijayawada showroom and ensuring that all KYC documents are updated, I have not received any confirmation email, and the issue remains unresolved.

As a loyal customer with deep respect for the Tata management, I am disappointed by this experience. I believe in the quality and integrity of Tata products and services, and I trust that this matter can be addressed promptly.
