Blue smart service- Pathetic Service

I am a daily commuter using blue smart service. Have been ignoring the issues faced during past weeks, however now it is reched a tipping point.
3 drivers cancelled the cab. 4 driver assigned after mutliple follow-ups with customer service. Waiitng more than 50 minutes at the pick up point. Drivers do not call, the customer service guys are good for nothing. Clueless where the drivers are, whether they are reaching the pick up points on time or not. Charging peak hour charges but no giving service.
The associates in the customer service does not know their work nor the superviors sitting in the customer service. No point of raising/escalating. The only thing they say is we are checking in the system. Sorry is their favorite word without meaning a bit of it.
What is the point of expanding your fleet @Anmol Singh Jaggi, Punit K Goyal and Puneet Singh Jaggi when you are unable to manage the existing fleet services.
Very dissapointed .
The blue smart is going the Ola way. Service getting declined day by day and increasing fare day by day.
