To request to adjust the paid amount of last month electricity bill amount Rs. 1193.00 which was paid through google pay app

Dear sir, I have to inform you the above mentioned amount has already added in the next bill , that means in this bill I have received two months bill of consumer no. :SRP CS 1404 under DUMKA URBAN CIRCLE. Bad power supply

Dear sir i am a consumer of pindrajora fitter and the power supply here is very bad, it is 24 hours but we get power for 4 hours and if i call the office and ask what happened to the line then it is said that the branch of the tree is falling due to which there is a problem so sir my question is what are z sahab and sdo sahab doing, for the last 4 days power is coming at 9 pm and at 11.30 the power is being cut and then at night the line is not coming, we are common people sir after working like donkeys the whole day we come home so that we can sleep peacefully at night but due to lack of power we are not able to sleep, in the morning we are not able to send our child to school, due to heat he does not come at night, sir the officers here do less work and their phone is not picked up at all and mostly it is off, sir one more thing anyone is mailing you at 3:30 in the night it means you should take out how much pain our life is getting in, what are these big officers of yours getting salary for If they take money for work then why don't they show it by doing the work and if they don't do the work then why are they not questioned, Sir, feel this heat and put yourself in our place and then ask yourself what does your man get paid for, Sir, have you ever seen the review of Chas Electricity Office on Google, if not, then look at it, you will see the mirror, everything has become digital, everything is being rated online, tell the officers to do their work well in the field and give good lines at least at night, after all everyone is taking money for the work, so they will have to do the work and deliver, it is with all due respect sir that you take this matter seriously and solve this problem as early as possible

I am from Hirapur region of dhanbad district and frequent long powercut in this summer season is pathetic. I dont understand why government and Jharkhand electricity is so incapable of solving power crisis in dhanbad

The quality of electricity is still a long way to achieve because the prior thing that needs to be achieved is the ‘quantity’ of electricity. No matter what the situation is, the current is always cut and that too for so long intervals. What’s the development seen in this scenario when still owning a generator or an inverter is a compulsion? Really the electricity supply condition is pathetic generating huge inconvenience. Regards
