This is to inform that family and I was travelling from Bangalore to Pune on Orange Travels booked via Make my trip (PNR-59AA43A6) and we met with a major accident because of rash driving. Our bus got toppled down and my 7-year-old kid and wife had major injuried.My kid was admitted to Noble hospital Pune for 7 days and gone through a surgery. I demand a refund (7035 rs) on my ticket and Orange Travel have agreed for that and it should come from Make my trip which is the platform I booked the ticket.
Also next time please ensure you do some background checks before suggesting us on various partners as we are trusting you guys and doing the bookings.
