MGL back end data entry team typed my building name twice in my address as well added some wording like Plot:-
I called their support team and asked to mention the building name only once and remove the word Plot:- which has no meaning.
I was given a lengthy application form and asked to re initiate the name and address registration process. it was already done during application period. Why asking to repeat the process , due to errors committed by MGL data entry team. Their support team is manned by untrained staff, who dont understand the issue and provide resolution.
After interaction with MGL team, i received a call seeking my feedback about my interaction with MGL and asked to provide rating. I provided rating of 1. MGL back end team called and addressed me as ‘ Sagar’ instead of my correct name and asked the reason for providing low score!! I told them that I am being called by incorrect name. MGL should have better quality manpower as support as well back end team. I have written the incident to MGL support team again, as their is no way to escalate the matter to higher authorities. Hope some better sense will prevail with MGL .
