Cancelled my Trip Before onboarding time

It’s Very the Worst Service I have received From Redbus, I had booked Kingfisher Travels for travel on 15/04/2024- at 7 PM, As per Redbus Communication onboarding time was at 7 PM, But The Bus has reached earlier (6:30 PM), And he left before 6:50 PM. I reached on that Pickup location Before 6:50 PM, I tried to call the Driver but he didn’t pick up the call, Suspecting he is in a Drunk. If anybody is going to book in Redbus make sure that you didn’t book Kingfisher travels. I didn’t even get my refund too (2035/-)
