The worst services and coordination by the voltas group
As on 15 july 2024, i register my service complaint to the customer care and customer care gives me 24-72 hours for the technician visit. But no engineer was visited.
I may call around 50 miss call from different mobile to the agra service centre but no coordination or the behaviour of the agra service centre is very rude and arrogant.
I may call around 20 times to customer care but no one take strict action towards them .
My product still today 22 july 2024, not be correct
So i kindly request voltas group to take strict action towards their emplyees and agra service centre, they will create more ashaim for the tata group ….
Complain about the services provided by agra voltas service centre and voltas customer care .
