Hi, my name is Balli Ashish. I used to be your customer. I sent money to your airtel store employee two days back that my post paid bill is pending. Till now my bill is not cleared and they are not even returning the money to me. I didn’t expect your service to be this bad. I never expected that your Airtel store would cheat like this. If you send money to pay the bill but don’t collect it, it means that your employees are doing very well. If this happens, many customers from Airtel will go to another network. Not even the slightest response.
