Complaint against flipkart for not delivering grocery and showing in app its already delivered.

I have ordered grocery 21 items through Flipkart, on second day order was suppose be delivered before 5:30pm, after waiting till 5:40 I have called delivery partner though given number in delivery. person said we didn’t receive any order with your name, maybe order will deliver in next slot, and after 5 minuets system automatically shown that order is delivered but in real that was not happened, a so waited till next day and then called customer care about order not delivered. After waiting for long still no positive response from team Flipkart. It is worst experience with team Flipkart.
