Complaint on my Bus_Ticket_TT8F50641460

The bus was scheduled to depart from Lucknow at 21.45hrs. but the bus arrived for boarding around 12 in the midnight. it was complete chaos there and no one was there from your team to address the issue or to give any updates regarding the status of arrival &/or departures. I had a connecting flight scheduled for around 9am in the morning of 18th July, but due to your this easy-go-attitude I had missed my flight and also the important business meeting.

Kindly REFUND my money along with the compensation, immediately!!!
