There is some manufacturing flaw in the Activa scooter or something that the dealer end is unable to understand, and the company is not notified on time, thus the customer has been experiencing troubles for a year.
The dealer makes money by delivering services.

After the complaint, a tick mark shows in the dealer or company, but no action is taken. I am unsure what to do.
