Complaint Regarding Delayed and Poor-Quality Order

Dear Swiggy Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent order placed on 05.09.2024 through Swiggy. The order was not only significantly delayed but also delivered in a cold condition, which is unacceptable. Additionally, the quality of the items received was far below the expected standard.

Given these issues, I kindly request that you look into this matter and take appropriate action to ensure such incidents do not recur. I would also appreciate it if you could process a refund for this order as it did not meet the quality and service standards that Swiggy is known for.
