I am lodging this formal complaint regarding the delay in the dispatch of the Registration Certificate (RC) for my Triumph Scrambler 400X, purchased on July 19, 2024, with registration number WB74BT6541.
Despite the passage of more than six months since the purchase, the Parivahan portal still displays the RC dispatch status as “Not Available,” and the dispatch record states “No Records Found.” I have also been visiting the Siliguri RTO frequently over the past three months to verify register entries but there has been no progress or resolution.
This prolonged delay has caused significant inconvenience and I am unable to use my vehicle freely due to the lack of essential documentation. I request your immediate intervention to resolve this matter and ensure that the RC dispatch is completed without any further delay.
