I am writing to express my disappointment with the service provided by RP TRAVELS during my recent journey booked through Red Bus.
During my trip, I encountered several issues that greatly impacted my experience:
Unclean Seats: The seats on the bus were not properly cleaned, which was quite unsanitary and uncomfortable.
Delayed Departure: Despite being informed that the boarding time was 7:00, the bus did not depart until 7:50, causing inconvenience and unnecessary waiting.
Rude Staff: The behavior of the staff members was unprofessional and sarcastic, which made the journey unpleasant.
These issues are unacceptable and do not reflect the standard of service I expect when booking through Red Bus. I believe it is important to bring these issues to your attention so that appropriate action can be taken to address them.
I kindly request that you investigate this matter and take the necessary steps to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. Additionally, I would appreciate it if you could provide compensation or a refund for the inconvenience caused.
