It is very sad to see that an esteemed bank like IndusInd is having very unfriendly processes and helpdesk.
This is about my Pinnacle IndusInd CC.
I had requested for cancellation of my card and it was agreed by IndusInd. I made all the payment due from me as of 23 March 2024. The reversal of the charges for card upgradation were reversed after a few days – on 2nd April. Due to the week of delay for the reversal, the system applied delay charges on my card totally to Rs. 839.
The next month again there were more charges added to the same amount and now the total amount shows as 1,932.81/-.
I tried to call the customer care number to resolve the same with your bank executive but was told that there is no offer at this time for reversal so nothing can be done.
I would request you to take a deeper look at my account and check if you find any delay from my end in terms of my payment. Not just for this time but in the history of my credit standing with IndusInd (as I have been your customer from many years). When there is no delay or fault from my end, I fail to understand why I should be making this payment. This is a case of automatic charges application from your system and thus should be reversed in the same manner.
I would really appreciate if you can take a second look and help with this reversal for these charges are not because of any payment delay from my side. And kindly close my account.
