Exceitel internet not working since more than 10 days

Hi ,
My name is Swati I have taken service for Excitel and taken 6 month Plan, but after payment my internet has been stopped after one day, and they took 3 days to resolve the same. and currently again there internet closed since more than 10 days but they are not resolving the issue no one is coming to check they are making excuses, I want refund or compensation of days of the internet down.
