I hope this message finds you well. As a loyal customer, on 16-May-24 I along with my wife a senior citizen visited your World Mark 2 showroom in Gurugram, Haryana. While I was impressed by the store’s ambiance and the number of staff members present on both floors, I was disappointed by the lack of assistance.
Despite the bustling activity, none of the employees seemed available to help me find the right product. I specifically needed assistance with selecting a dishwasher and later with another product, but unfortunately, no one was attentive. Instead, I observed them engrossed in conversations or using their phones.
As a prominent organization, Tata Croma has always stood for excellence and customer satisfaction. Therefore, I kindly request that you address this matter promptly. Ensuring that customers receive the assistance they need is crucial for maintaining the reputation of your brand.
