I am the customer of Your LG product of Double door Refrigerator 592lt.ThinQ. bought from Reliance digital Hyderabad, on 26th May, and delivered on 27th May and same day installed by Staish technician, at the time of installation I observed one dent, but he told nothing is their, by touching it not feeling, so nothing is their, so I thought it is my feeling, and he finished his work and got signed from me, but at night in the light and I saw there is big dent on the side of freezer door, I immediately called technician and send photo of that dent, he said oh sorry madam I didn’t watch at that time it’s my mistake, tomorrow I will come and do the needful from replacement, he came tomorrow and take photos of those two dents and said it will be replaced within two days, I totally believed on him, but day by day is going on I am calling him but everytime, he is postponing with some reasons, but nothing happened, then once he gave me store contact no. to call them, again they postponing and sometime, they gave me another contact no. to call, but that contact is ringing and getting switched off. Again I called Reliance store, but not getting response and got switched off. Now I am moving to directly to LG customer support. I bought my Refrigerator paying with credit card with three instalments of 22K per month. With this big amount I spend on that and everyday everytime, I am seeing that dented Refrigerator, which I bought, feeling very bad and guilty. If I did not agree with that technician and send back immediately, that was correct. Sir pls do the needful in this case as early as possible.
