DElay in Shipment

I had ordered my medicines from Pharmeasy which was expected to be delivered by delivery agent on 13-07-2024 whose AWB: 14376195491886. As i had made the payment on the same day of delivery at 09:12 am , the delivery agent who reached at the my house in the evening told me that it was COD parcel. I told him that i had paid the sum online to the Pharmeasy , you can confirm it. He made a call to someone, then he said we cant deliver it without payment. That cause my parcel to be non delivered. Upon payment failure cause mentioned for the article , i got a message from the Xpressbees, in which for queries they had given the ir contact no. I had talked to customer service for the same which she told me that it was a Prepaid parcel and she will convey the specific branch to deliver it on same day or next. From that day i.e, 13-07-2024 to today 16-07-2024 , the parcel has not been delivered to me, which was at your nearest branch/facility. As you know it was the Medicines, this case had to be prioritized on your own upon request, But it was delayed.
Kindly look into the matter nad deliver the parcel asap.
