Dear sir,
I have placed an order on zomato which I had to refuse delivery because it was being delivered to a wrong address.
I have placed this order twice on advice of the customer care agent and in both the cases it had the same problem.
The issue is that when I am adding the address in the app, after completion of the entries, it is picking my home address automatically.
In the delivery address against the order it shows both the addresses and the delivery person picks the wrong address.
I have placed the order twice while the first one is being refunded, the second one is not being refunded.
Your customer care agents who spoke to me were very rude and non cooperative except the first person (Vikrant) who tried to help , everyone else was just in a rush to finish the conversation without understanding the problem.
Anyway, after two attempts , I placed the order on Swiggy and it got delivered correctly in one attempt.
If it was a small amount, I will not bother to write to you but since the amount is large for a retired person, I am requesting you to look into this matter and help the refund money of the undelivered order.
Would appreciate a reply from your side.
