Dear Responsible,
With a great feeling of disappointment and dissatisfaction writing to the headquarters regarding the quality of your premier car that is Hyundai Creta. I purchased the mention car on 19th of August,2022 and on 5th of December,2024 I drive to drop my kids to the school. To my shock, the car was starting and the message came, “CHECK STEERING LOCK SYSTEM”. Called the toying services and in agency was told that it is ESCL failure.
Totally shocked by the quality of parts being put in the premium car Creta and that too with the brand like HYUNDAI. Equally shocking is that car is standing in a workshop with the name of LAMBA HYUNDAI, WAZIRPUR,DELHI,INDIA for the last 4 days as they don’t have the part to replace. Infact the part is not available through out Delhi.
My contention is that if Hyundai can not give quality than they should not charge the premium prices for their cars , Secondly if they are not able to supply the parts then better to inform the customers or shut the shop.
Disgusting experience continues as the part is still not available after 4 days and height is the Agency itself is not sure when they will get the part. In today’s modern times when you can see live location of even a Bread loaf ordered, I am not able to get any information about the part. Passing time on the mercy of Hyundai.
I am a person with single car, you just tell me, how shell i commute or drop my kids to school in this chilly winter.
Totally lost my trust and faith in Hyndai products and service centres.
