First Cry India making his own customer Cry out of frustration

Its been 3 days since no one accepting my replacement request. I have talked couple of times with customer care of first cry but no one gave me the correct resolution.
They auto cancelled my replacement request 3 times.
I literally put the replacement request under their replacement policy. But it seems they don’t care and they forcefully want us to bear there low quality product and service.
Some parts were missing and the acknowledged them. Even asked if possible they can take the product and return the refund.
No one wants to listen from this company. They are waiting to complete replacement policy days over so we cannot rewart them back.
It’s a really irritating and frustrating for a person who work day and night. They keep them indulge into this frustating policy.
