I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding overcharging at the Dominos branch located at Sector 4, Dwarka.
On 30th October , I ordered a Garlic Bread (Rs. 109) and a Water Bottle (Rs. 20), which should total Rs. 129. However, I was charged Rs. 186 at this store. When I later checked the price for the same order at other Dominos outlets, I found that the total charged was Rs. 134 elsewhere.
I had specifically asked the counter person to explain the overall deduction at the time of purchase, but my concern was not properly addressed. I am disappointed with this experience and would like to understand whether such pricing discrepancies are approved by the store management.
Kindly let me know who will take responsibility for this overcharging and ensure that such practices are not repeated in the future.
