I recently faced challenges with my joint account in India and reached out for help. Despite providing all the required documents, like our driving licenses as address proof, the issue remained unresolved, and additional address proof was requested. To make matters more confusing, even though it’s a joint account, the CRN numbers were different, which I couldn’t understand.
As a Canada resident, not having a PAN number further complicated things. I sought support from our Relationship Manager, Reshma, but the process has been slow and frustrating. Clearer communication and a more streamlined resolution would have been greatly appreciated to avoid such inconveniences.
