I have been using firstcry since past few years and this complain is my first one ever since I started using your services.
I gifted my daughter a babyhug trolley bag few months back and apparently we only got to travel with that bag last week.
It utterly saddening that it was her first trip with the bag and it got broken off just within first few hours. Moreover I couldn’t find anywhere about it’s manufacturing Warranty on returning or replacing or even repairing it.
As I called to Firstcry customer service today I was informed that I may get some payed service after putting the damage pics on this email.
But I am disappointed as I already paid for the bag much higher than what’s been shown it’s current price on Firstcry website at the moment. Moreover when I purchased something from Firstcry I consider it as it will be a good quality product, therefore I consider it as Firstcry’s responsibility to consider customer’s concern and address it satisfactorily.
Attached images are for reference to the poor quality of the bag and it’s stripped off handle.
Kindly provide a refund or a replacement for this damage.
