I have purchased a Hero Glamour bike in Jun 2023 with Chassis number MBLJAW383PGD01369 and Engine number JA07AEPGD01611 vehicle Registration number is TN11BD8667. From the day one I am facing problem that the vehicle is frequently getting off while running on road thar is in traffic or riding slow or in signal. I have registered complaint with the dealer Radha Hero Tambaram Chennai 45 many times and given the vehicle for service. But the problem still persists. I am afraid of driving the bike on road and the bike is not comfortable to drive. Every second i am thinking of the bike getting off and due to this problem i reduced running this bike. I think the problem is due to manufacturing problem. kindly advise the service provider for correctly diagnosing the problem and solving the problem. Expect good service from Hero Motors India.
