I am bought new vehicle SUV 300 in Nov 2022 in Ramani Mahindra showroom gudampalayam in coimbatore.
The showroom delivered new car in end of 2023 Jan. After the three months I got problem with new car particularly in breaking system. continuedly i have that problem. now that car suddenly stop in highway in 2024 Aug and again sep 2024. I serviced with my own cost and ramani mahaindra showroom said it’s not covered in insurance and not giving proper reasons.
15 Nov 2024, yesterday same problem accrued to new car. now care towed to showroom. The Ramani Mahindra showroom not responding properly. I am very worried about their service because it may cause leading to future accident. I am paid loan for every month 30,000 and now am worried to pay this loan.
