I have been using flipkart for almost 8 years but these recent days i got fraud by flipkart IDFC paylater, i got online fraud without my concern, Someone has used my pay later, for the amount of loan amount of ₹6,354 against loan a/c no. xx3422, which has been pending for over 635 days due to which my cibil has come down drastically and inpact to this i lost my flipkart account, other loans ,even due to this hit i lost my job in HDFC. inspite of multiple complaint raised, ticket raised to IDFC they havent closed my account yet, i always get an assurance to close the loan and promise for providing NOC but they failed rather they are calling me 100 times in day and harrasing abusing, using foil language, which effecting my mental health it might lead to end my life. i request authority to take strict action against IDFC and help to close these laon and get my NOC.
