Dear sir,we would like to inform you that we residents of flat no L 405,L 406
And L 407 here by lodge a complaint against L 408 third floor resident. He is building a construction on our terrace which is a common use property of all owners. He has already built 3 rooms with attached bathrooms and continues to do so despite complaint made to SHO Sarita vihar police station. We have tried stopping him but he is not stopping and continues with his construction. Infact he has covered the entire terrace for his personal construction and this illegally taking DDA property fraudulently by making illegal rooms. We request you to immediately demolish such illegal construction as this this infringing rights of all the owners on ground,first and second floor to have access to the terrace. Your immediate action is requested
