I had a frustrating experience for 10 hours from morning 5:00 a.m. to afternoon 1:00 p.m. on 22nd of October 2024 there was no internet I wanted to speak to customer service 198 and 199 it is impossible to reach them it keeps on impress this press that so it keep me round and round which is terrible for the customers finally at 1 o’clock the internet came another words there was a network failure which we should have got a SMS then I would not have been taking effect to keep on ringing this waste of time numbers 198 and 199
