Register an Online Complaint to VI Nodal Officers

The process to lodge an online complaint with Nodal Officers of Vodafone Idea:

Step1: Login/register your account or chat with the Nodal Office Executive: Click here

Step 2: After successful login, select service requests from the profile menu, visit the service request page, and then raise a ticket by choosing the mode of communication.

Step 3: Select chat, request a callback (for non-technical troubleshooting), or message on WhatsApp to raise a ticket online with your concerns.

Step 4: After the successful registration of your complaint, note down the ticket/service request number to track the status.

Step 5: Not resolved within a week (usually it may take 10 days). You can file an appeal against VI Care in the concerned VI Appellate Authority.

VI Appellate Authority

VI Appellate Authority takes cases or grievances that are not resolved by VI customer care within the given period or are unsatisfied with the final resolution.

You can lodge a grievance to VI Appellate Authority by following these steps. Read carefully the procedure to submit a successful application.

Required Information:

  • Must file an appeal within 30 days of the final decision of VI Customer Care.
  • Mention the Docket Number (Unique Complaint reference Number to get the history of your issue and decisions).
  • The final decision of the Appellate Authority will be given within 39 days after the successful submission of the application.
  • Time of Office: Monday to Friday, between 10 AM to 6 PM.
