Internet was not working on June 03, 2024. Raised a complaint at 121 on June 08, 2024.
Technician came after one week (June 13, 2024) and said cable wire broke and cannot be repaired.
One June 14, 2024 made a call to 121 to disconnect the services. They tried persuading me to continue.
When internet services were not restored, I could not work from home. So immediately shifted to different service provider.
Bill was generated on July 03, 2024. Made multiple calls to 121 to cancel services. But they were not disconnecting and continued to generate bill.
Now the Bill generated in 3300. Please let me know why I should pay the bill when I haven’t used the services and no fault from my side.
Every time I make a call to 121, they simple say pay bill we will cancel your services.
Please let me know physically whom to contact for raising a complaint directly.
