We have OLA Corporate account and Mr. Dhanesh Kumar Singh faced an issue with our Ola Corporate trip on 23rd December 2024. The final fare was significantly higher than the estimated fare, and the invoice incorrectly shows the drop-off location as “Mumbai” instead of “Ghansholi, Navi Mumbai.”
He has faced a similar issue, which was resolved with a refund after contacting Ola support. However, this time, he cannot reach their support team through the app.
