I have a Jio Fiber connection with my registered. Recently, the remote stopped working and I filed a complaint with Jio Fiber Customer Care yesterday on 22ns August, 2024. I was assured through the Jio app that technician will reach me by 4:00 PM same day. Nobody came. As a result my day was wasted.
I’ve now been calling customer care and there is no reply. What is the use of having customer care with no one to receive our calls even.
Please take my complaint to Jio with a direction to set right my complaint.
