I purchased my Hero Pleasure (KL81B 7278) from KIRAN MOTORS, Paravoor, Kollam on 29/10/2024.Now it is leaking oil from the engine/tank while on driving and on parking also. Now its creates a serious safety Hazard. Its is a so pathetic condition that your “QC test” qualified newly purchased Hero Pleasure Plus bears this serious issue with in 2 months. I am so worried and tensed about the safety factor of this particular vehicle. Actually you take my money and cheat me by giving this faulty vehicle which causes serious threat to my life and public also.
I rely my two wheeler for daily journey to office and apart from the inconvenience, this problem has also caused me to incur additional cost. I demand to replace this faulty vehicle as well as compensation for the waste of my money and time.
I look forward to settling this matter amicably. If however this matter is not satisfactorily resolved. I will consider taking further action to resolve the complaint through Consumer Court.
